Delivery and Shipping Policy.
All purchases will be dispatched, once payment has cleared, within 48 hours (usually 24 hours). If in the unlikely event this is not possible we will inform you with immediate effect by email of any delay. All purchases will be sent either by Airmail or by “International signed for” depending on the value of the purchase. ”International signed for” will require a signature on receipt and will be fully covered for compensation. They will also have a tracking number to enable us to track and trace your purchase. For our postal prices please use the link on our home page.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms.
Your full satisfaction with your purchase is paramount to us. We will endeavour to ensure every aspect of the transaction is conducted with our best intent. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of your taking delivery. We will refund the full purchase price and, where the item(s) has been damaged in transit, the cost of your postage.

Alternatively, if you request, we will supply a replacement item(s) instead of a refund, for any damaged goods, once they have been returned to us within 5 days of your taking delivery.

Cancellation of your order can be made before dispatch. Once you order has been dispatched then your purchase price can be refunded, on return of the item, but not any shipping costs. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your intent to return the product.
